Any commercial, office or industrial building in unincorporated Nash County that needs off-street loading has to provide it on the same lot under the Unified Development Ordinance. Retail buildings under 20,000 square feet need no loading space at all, larger buildings scale up from there, and every loading space must be at least 12 feet wide, 65 feet long and 14 feet of clearance.
