New Castle County Code § 40.03.343

No portion of the proposed data center building shall be located within one thousand (1,000) feet of a residential district. The Department may approve data center structures located less than one thousand (1,000) feet, but no closer than five hundred (500) feet from a residential district, provided that noise levels generated will not exceed the allowable noise levels permitted in this section.
