Oneida County has no separate 'food truck ordinance.' Mobile restaurants and mobile retail food facilities are folded into General Code § 11.16's countywide food-permit scheme, so a pushcart, trailer, or boat serving the public needs the same nonprorated Health Department permit as a brick-and-mortar restaurant before it can operate anywhere in the county.
