Parade Permits
Oneida County has no stand-alone parade ordinance, but General Code § 12.04 licenses any large gathering, an assembly of 1,000 or more people lasting eight-plus hours, 5,000 for four-plus hours, or 10,000 for one hour or more, on public or private land. The rule applies only in the county's unincorporated towns unless a city or village opts in.
