Onslow County's zoning code only names food trucks in one context: as an incidental use at a permitted micro-brewery, taproom, or tasting room. Those establishments are allowed in the CB, HB, and L-IN zoning districts, and food trucks may operate there with the proper applicable permits.

A.MICRO-BREWERIES, TAPROOMS, AND TASTING ROOMS 1.Must be less than 15,000 square feet. 2.Hours of operation shall be limited to 11:00 p.m. each day, otherwise a special use permit will be required under Bars, Lounges, Nightclubs. 3.Cooking or preparation of food on site must be incidental. With the proper applicable permits, food trucks are allowed.
