Solicitor Permits

Onslow County requires anyone selling door-to-door or soliciting orders as an itinerant merchant, peddler or solicitor to get a permit from the Sheriff's Office first. Sales are limited to 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. daylight time (6:00 p.m. standard time), and the permit must be visibly displayed while working.
