Park Curfew

Pinal County parks open at dawn and close at 10:00 p.m. under Sec. 16-20(b) of the county code, unless a park posts different hours or the Open Space and Trails Department issues a written permit for after-hours use. Overnight campers get separate quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Anyone in a park after closing without authorization is violating the county's park rules.
