Park Drone Restrictions
Pinal County bans flying drones, and any other aircraft, inside county parks under Sec. 16-20(k). The rule also outlaws parachuting and hang gliding on park land. Drones may only launch or fly where the county's open space and trails department has designated an area for that purpose, or during a genuine emergency. Violators risk a misdemeanor citation and removal from the park.
