Juvenile Curfew
Prince George's County Code Sec. 14-102 bars anyone under 17 from being in a public place from 10:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. on weeknights, extended to 11:59 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. Eleven exceptions cover parents, work, school events, and errands; parents and business operators who knowingly allow violations face escalating fines.
