Rodent Control
Prince William County enforces rodent control through its Building Maintenance Code, which adopts the International Property Maintenance Code's Section 302.5 rodent harborage standard by reference. Violations that aren't corrected after a notice draw a civil penalty of $100 for the first summons and $350 for each one after that, capped at $4,000 per set of facts.
