Solicitor Permits
Under Article II of Chapter 16 of the County Code, a non-resident cannot act as an itinerant or door-to-door peddler in Queen Anne's County without a license from the County Commissioners. The license requires a $1,000 bond and a $5 annual fee, and a violation is a misdemeanor with a fine up to $500 or up to six months in jail.
