Illegal Dumping
Dumping rubbish, refuse or garbage in a Somerset County park is banned under Section 5(b)(12), a broader clause than the ordinary littering rule next to it. It reaches anyone who carries in, leaves, throws or discharges waste materials, and it extends liability to a person who lets an employee or agent dump on their behalf.
