Flood Elevation
Site plans for development in a St. Johns County Flood Hazard Area must show base flood elevations, and Section 3.03.05 sets numeric limits on how much a project can raise those elevations: zero increase in a regulatory floodway and no more than one foot in a riverine flood zone without a floodway.
