Recycled Water Rules

St. Louis County requires an Operating Permit for any graywater recycle or re-use system that falls outside the standard Type I and Type II categories under its Subsurface Sewage Treatment System (SSTS) Ordinance 61. The design must include acceptable treatment and cannot discharge to the ground surface.
