Sec. 1110.1045. β As of July 2007, all owner-occupied and renter-occupied housing units in unincorporated St. Louis County require a re-occupancy permit. All rental, duplex, condo, or single-family units require a re-occupancy permit when a new occupant moves into a housing unit.
