St. Louis County sets curfew hours for unsupervised minors under 17 in SLCRO §705.010. On week nights, Sunday through Thursday, the curfew runs from 11:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. On Friday and Saturday it begins an hour later, at 12:00 a.m., and still ends at 6:00 a.m. The hours do not apply when a minor is accompanied by a parent or guardian, is on an emergency errand, or is on legitimate business directed by a parent or guardian.
