Sec. 804.040 - 080. β Solicitors and peddlers must have a solicitors/peddlers license, obtained from the Department of Revenue, prior to engaging in any activities β¦ By the use of an appropriate sign, any resident or subdivision may instruct a solicitor or peddler not to enter onto private property or into the subdivision.
