Yard and garage sales in the rural, unincorporated parts of Tangipahoa Parish cannot run longer than three consecutive days and must be held between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. under Code Section 26-372. All unsold items, notices and signage must be cleared within 24 hours after the sale ends.
