Encroachment Permits
Before anyone cuts, digs, trenches, or otherwise disturbs a county highway, street, or its adjacent easement in unincorporated Tippecanoe County, the County Highway Engineer must issue a permit. The same permit process covers driveway approaches, utility pole lines, road closures, and oversized loads, and applicants must post a bond.
