Unemancipated minors under 14 must be off unincorporated county streets and parks by 9:15 p.m. on school nights (10:15 p.m. before non-school days), and minors 14+ by 10:15 p.m. (11:59 p.m. before non-school days), unless accompanied by an adult or coming from work or school activity.
