Washington County bars anyone under 18 from sidewalks, streets, alleys and public places between midnight and 5:00 a.m. Exceptions cover minors accompanied by a parent or guardian, traveling to or from work, running an emergency errand, or heading home from a school, religious or sporting event. Parents, guardians and businesses that knowingly let a minor break curfew are separately liable.
