Fireworks
Washington County bans selling fireworks anywhere in the county and forbids possessing or using fireworks without a user's permit issued by the city, village or town where they will be used. Code § 172-6 adopts Wis. Stat. § 167.10's definitions and applies whichever rule is stricter.

Sale prohibited. Except as provided in § 167.10(2), Wis. Stats., no person shall sell, offer to sell, possess with the intent to sell, or give away fireworks within the County. ... Use regulated. Except as provided in § 167.10(3), Wis. Stats., no person shall possess or use fireworks without a user's permit issued by a city, village or town located in the County.
