Rodent Control

Washoe County declares debris, refuse, rubbish or garbage that could become a harborage for rodents or other vermin a public nuisance under WCC 50.308(6). Large, remote parcels that are hard to service with equipment are exempt unless an actual and probable danger exists. Code enforcement can order abatement and bill the owner.
