Abandoned Vehicles
Unincorporated Wayne County makes it unlawful to abandon a vehicle under County Code § 30-183(a), defining "abandoned" in § 30-182 to include a vehicle left on private property without consent for more than two hours, on county property for more than 24 hours, or on public grounds for more than seven days.
