Production Noise

Wayne County's film permit rules require a production company to vacate each filming location with minimal noise and disruption at the end of every shooting day. Sec. 47-6(f) sets this duty on top of the general special event permit every TV or film production must first obtain under Sec. 47-3.

Street Closures

Any filming activity that holds, delays, or reroutes traffic in a residential area or on a state-maintained road in Wayne County must be accompanied by at least one deputy sheriff. Sec. 47-6(g) sets this on top of the county's general road-closure approval requirement in Sec. 47-5(b)(10).
