Rodent Control
Sec. 14-158 requires every dwelling in unincorporated Wayne County to be screened against insects and kept free of rodent and pest infestation. Owners must maintain a dwelling in a reasonably rodent- and insect-proof condition, and extermination responsibility shifts to the owner whenever infestation results from the owner's own failure to do so.
