Weber County Land Use Code § 108-7-12 limits irrigated turf grass in new development: single-family lots cap out at 35 percent of the front and side yard or 3,000 square feet, whichever is greater, commercial and multi-family sites cap out at 15 percent of landscaped area, and turf is banned outright in parkstrips and any yard strip under eight feet wide.
