Weber County's Master Planned Development Overlay Zone requires a base project of at least 24 dwelling units on 4 acres in a residential zone (10 acres elsewhere), but lets the County Commission award bonus density above that base in exchange for public offerings such as landscaped roadways, parks, historic preservation and moderate income housing, under Weber County Code Sec 104-27-6.
