Westchester County Code § 638.11 requires new or reconstructed parking garages and open parking lots built by the County, or discretionarily funded by it, to include electric vehicle charging. Facilities with capacity for 250 vehicles or fewer must set aside ten percent of spaces for level one stations and another ten percent for level two stations.
