(a)Hours. It is unlawful for any person less than 18 years of age to loiter or remain in or about the public streets, highways, alleys, parks, parking lots, playgrounds, public places, public buildings, places of public entertainment and amusement, business establishments, vacant lots, or other places in the village at the following times:(1)For a person between the ages of 16 years and 18 years, between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. on Sunday through Thursday nights and between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 6:00 a.m. on Friday and Saturday nights; and(2)For a person aged 15 years and younger, between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. on any day....(h)Penalties. The penalty for each violation of this section shall be $50.00. In addition, if a child violates this section more than once, the parents shall pay $35.00 per hour or portion thereof for temporary detention of the child at the police department.
