Sunday through Thursday; prior to 5 A.M. Monday through Friday; and between 1 A.M. and 5 A.M. Saturday and Sunday.

Violations & Fines
A minor caught violating either curfew is subject to arrest and citation under UCC 7.04.070 and must be returned to a parent or guardian's custody. A parent, guardian, or custodian who knowingly refuses to appear and retrieve the minor after being ordered to do so by a peace officer, or who knowingly allowed the violation, is guilty of a class B misdemeanor, the same grade the ordinance sets for the minor's own violation.
