City Code § 28-121 makes it unlawful for anyone under 18 to be or remain in a public street or place during curfew hours, for a parent to knowingly permit or, through insufficient control, allow it, or for a business owner or employee to knowingly let a minor stay past curfew. Per § 28-119(b)(2), curfew runs 11 p.m.-6 a.m. Sunday-Thursday and midnight-6 a.m. Friday-Saturday for minors 15-17, and 10 p.m.-6 a.m. Sunday-Thursday and 11 p.m.-6 a.m. Friday-Saturday for minors 14 and under.
