Full Breakdown
City Code § 30-423 sets curfew hours at 12:01 a.m.-6 a.m. Monday through Friday and 1 a.m.-6 a.m. Saturday and Sunday. Under § 30-424, a juvenile (under 18) who remains in a public place or on business premises during those hours commits an offense, as does a parent or responsible adult who knowingly permits it after two prior violations in six months, or an establishment operator who knowingly lets a juvenile stay. Section 30-425 lists defenses: accompanied by a parent, running an errand, working, an emergency, sidewalk at home, a supervised school/religious/civic event, or exercising First Amendment rights. A separate, stricter 9 p.m.-6 a.m. curfew applies within the Bricktown Entertainment Area under Division 2.
Violations & Fines
Each violation is a separate Class "A" offense per § 30-427, chargeable per day the conduct continues; the court may substitute community service for the fine. Juveniles are referred to the Juvenile Bureau of the District Attorney absent a court interlocal agreement.
