Edmond Code §22-40 enforces 11 PM-5 AM school nights, midnight-5 AM weekends. Midwest City §22-3 uses 10 PM school, midnight weekend. Del City and Bethany have similar ordinances. Enforcement: Officers may detain and return minors home or transport to juvenile holding. Repeat offenders may be referred to the Oklahoma County Juvenile Bureau. State framework under 10A O.S. §2-8-101 authorizes municipal curfew ordinances. Habitual violations can trigger CHINS (Child in Need of Supervision) proceedings.
