The parking of only one unoccupied travel trailer in any accessory private garage building or in a rear yard is permitted on the premises of any occupied dwelling or on any lot which is not a part of an occupied dwelling provided no living quarters are maintained therein and no business of any kind is conducted therein while said travel trailer is so parked or stored, except that an unoccupied travel trailer may be parked in a private driveway so long as it doesn't obstruct any part of a sidewalk or street or constitute a traffic hazard.
