At any time it shall be unlawful to permit any vehicle, trailer, or thing, motorized or not, which impedes vehicular or pedestrian traffic to stand in any of the following places, except when necessary to avoid conflict with other traffic or in compliance with the directions of a police officer or traffic control device:

(a)In any intersection.(b)In a marked crosswalk.(c)Upon any bridge or the approach thereto.(d)Within thirty feet (30') or 9.15 meters of a traffic signal, beacon or sign on the approaching side.(e)Within twenty feet (20') or 6.10 meters of any intersection or designated crosswalk, except in parking spaces marked upon the surface of the roadway or otherwise officially designated.(f)At any place where the standing of a vehicle will reduce the usable width of the roadway for moving traffic to less than ten feet (10').(g)Within fifteen feet (15') or 4.57 meters of a fire hydrant.(h)At any location where the vehicle would block any portion of a public or private driveway.
