(a) All public parks and public walking trails within the city limits of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, shall be closed to the public from 11:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m. each day; provided that the parks and recreation department may post more restrictive hours or extend the hours at any or all parks and walking trails until 12:00 midnight. (b) No person shall go upon or remain upon any public park or public walking trail at any time the park or walking trail is closed... Any person who violates the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a class B offense.
