Chelan County, WA Curfew Laws: Park Curfew (2026)

Chelan County Code § 7.24.010(19) requires that all county parks post their hours of operation on site, so closing times are set park by park rather than by one countywide curfew hour. Section 7.24.010(18) fixes a season for the county's largest park, Wenatchee River County Park, which is open to the public April 1st through November 1st each year unless different dates are determined by the commission. Section 7.24.010(20) lets the Board of County Commissioners adopt park-specific rules on practices and standards at each park, posted at each park office, and those local rules count as enforceable provisions of the county code once adopted. County parks also post required fees on site under § 7.24.015.
