Palm Beach County parks are closed to the public from sunset to sunrise unless posted otherwise. Some regional parks close at 6 PM in winter and 8 PM in summer. After-hours entry is trespass.
Per PBC Code Β§17-1 et seq. and Parks Department rules, county parks operate dawn to dusk unless individually posted with extended or shortened hours. Lighted facilities (sports fields, courts) may remain open until 10 PM with reservation. Beaches operate sunrise to sunset. South County Regional Park, Okeeheelee, and other major parks post hours seasonally. After-hours presence without authorization constitutes trespass under FL Β§810.09 and county ordinance.
After-hours park entry: civil citation $50-$100, possible trespass charge under FL Β§810.09 (second-degree misdemeanor).
