Lincoln makes it unlawful for any drone operator, commercial pilots included, to fly an Unmanned Aircraft System without FAA registration and markings, in violation of an active Temporary Flight Restriction, or in a careless or reckless manner.

It shall be unlawful for any person to operate an Unmanned Aircraft System within the corporate limits of the City: i. without registration and markings as required by Federal Aviation Administration regulations; ii. in violation of any Temporary Flight Restriction included within a Notice to Airman issued by the Federal Aviation Administration; or iii. in a careless or reckless manner so as to endanger the life or property of another.
