110(A) permits unmanned aircraft, including drones, model or toy airplanes, and helicopters, at most City parks, but subsection (iii) singles out events: no person may take off or land an unmanned aircraft within five hundred feet of any City-permitted event open to the public, even at a park where flying is otherwise allowed. That event buffer sits in the same list as a rule barring takeoff or landing outside the operator's visual line of sight, a 25-foot minimum distance from bystanders other than the operator or the operator's designee, and separate bans on weaponized attachments and reckless flying that risks serious injury or property damage.
