Chapter 30, Stormwater Management, does not write its own erosion control numbers; instead Section 30-3a(1)(a) locks major development in Bayonne to the minimum standards already established under the Soil Erosion and Sediment Control Act, N.J.S.A. 4:24-39 et seq., and the implementing rules at N.J.A.C. 2:90.
