Between building line and rear/side property lines: maximum 8 feet. Safe sight distance triangles and within 10 feet of driveways: maximum 2.5 feet. In RU and EU-M districts, fences cannot exceed 6 feet. All fences in Miami must meet Florida Building Code wind load requirements for the High Velocity Hurricane Zone.
