020 lets the Board of License Commissioners grant a license 'to hawk and peddle meats, butter, cheese, fish and fresh fruits or vegetables' only to 'a resident of the City who is of good repute as to morals and integrity,' for a ten-dollar fee; the section carves out an exception for a nonresident who already held such a license when the rule was adopted. c. , or at any time in a way that disturbs the peace and comfort of Cambridge residents. 040 requires perishable goods be carried in vehicles or receptacles that are neat, clean and leakproof, marked in two-inch letters with the seller's name and Board-assigned number.
