" Only one group or organization may vend at a given time, everyone engaged in the activity must wear reflective outerwear, and no one under 16 may peddle, solicit, or canvass anywhere in the Township, with those under 18 required to have an adult present at a ratio of one adult per four or fewer minors.

Peddler-specific rules in § 349-10B add that sales must go only to pedestrians, never to occupants of another vehicle; no unit may park in a no-parking, handicapped, or yellow-curb zone; no fixed-location parking may exceed three minutes past the last sale; glass-container sales are barred; and every unit must supply its own trash container. Subsection B(9) exempts vendors from all of these time-and-place limits when operating at a Township-sponsored or -approved event. Section 349-14 additionally bars entering any property posted "No Solicitors" or "No Peddlers," including postings at condominium, townhouse, or age-restricted community entrances.
