Under § 302-30(B), a mobile food establishment (truck, cart, ice cream or lemonade vendor) must serve customers only from the side of the vehicle facing a curb, lawn or sidewalk when parked; no food may be sold or displayed from the driving-lane side, and nothing may be prepared or displayed outside the vehicle itself. Section 302-30(C) bars any dining area, tables, chairs, booths, stools, benches or stand-up counters within 10 feet of the truck where that would obstruct a sidewalk under § 351-13. Vendors must supply their own waste container of 10 to 30 gallons, empty it, and clear all customer litter daily (§ 302-30D); no gray water, grease or spills may go into the street.

Generators and any amplified sound must stay within the city's Noise Ordinance, Chapter 286, with no horns, loud music or announcements (§ 302-30E). Exterior lights over 60 watts need opaque hoods aimed downward, and no flashing or strobe signage is allowed while serving (§ 302-30F). All power must be self-contained: no cord or cable may run across a city street, alley or sidewalk to draw power (§ 302-30L). to midnight, seven days a week including holidays (§ 302-30H), but may never be parked overnight on the street or left unattended with food aboard; either is treated as a public-safety hazard subject to ticketing and towing (§ 302-30I).
