A.No vendor, unless expressly permitted by a permit issued under Section 111.369(D), shall operate a mobile retail food establishment on public property in the following locations:1.On a public sidewalk;2.Within fifty (50) feet of a property occupied by a residence, excluding residences with ground-floor retail space and excluding residences located on the opposite side of a public street;3.Within ten (10) feet of a fire hydrant, bus stop, mail box, telephone booth, building entrance, sidewalk elevator, fire exit or escape, or a police or fire call box;4.Within two hundred (200) feet of the parcel containing a food service business operating from a fixed and permanent location, during operating hours of such business;5.Within fifty (50) feet of the property of a gas station;6.Within seven hundred fifty (750) feet of a park or City-sanctioned special event or community event, except for a mobile retail food establishment that has been authorized to participate at such event;7.Within one thousand (1000) feet of a school;8.In a location where on-street parking is prohibited; or9.Within five (5) feet of another mobile retail food establishment.

369(D). Vending is flatly barred on any public sidewalk. It is also barred within 50 feet of a residence (except a residence with ground-floor retail space, or one across the street), within 10 feet of a fire hydrant, bus stop, mailbox, phone booth, building entrance, sidewalk elevator, fire exit, or police/fire call box, within 200 feet of a fixed, permanent food service business during that business's operating hours, within 50 feet of a gas station, within 750 feet of a park or a City-sanctioned special event or community event (unless the vendor is authorized to participate in that event), within 1,000 feet of a school, anywhere on-street parking is prohibited, and within 5 feet of another mobile retail food establishment.

Violations & Fines
Operating outside the locations allowed by § 111.369.1, or violating any provision of §§ 111.368 through 111.369.3, is a third-degree misdemeanor carrying a mandatory fine of $100 for a first violation, $200 for a second violation, and $500 for any subsequent violation, in addition to any other penalty allowed by law.
