110 of the peddlers and vendors chapter lists three no-go areas for mobile food and merchandise sales. 116, whether on foot, pushcart or motorized unit, is prohibited from operating within the city's special improvement district, the downtown business zone defined and regulated separately under Ordinance No. 1896. Second, pushcart vendors specifically cannot operate from Exit 13 of the New Jersey Turnpike across Brunswick Avenue to Edgar Road, a heavily trafficked commercial corridor near the highway interchange. Third, pushcart vendors and vendors using motorized vehicles or hitch trailers cannot operate on Vine Street between Watson Avenue and Warinanco Park, a route bordering one of the city's largest parks.

m. 080 can still be turned away, and cited, for operating inside the special improvement district or along the two named pushcart-restricted corridors. The prohibitions apply regardless of how briefly the vendor stops, since the restricted-location rule is separate from the thirty-minute fixed-location rule that applies everywhere else in the city.
