A.No person shall operate a mobile food business, without first having obtained a business license from the county in accordance with chapter 5.02 of this title, or its successor.B.Mobile businesses are allowed to operate in any zone that allows a restaurant to operate, so long as they operate in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.C.This chapter shall not apply to mobile ice cream vendors, seasonal farm stands and other temporary merchants or uses that are specifically authorized by this title or other county ordinances.
