Food trucks may operate on public property or within rights-of-way only pursuant to a special event permit.(2)Operation on private property, open to the public. Food trucks may operate on private property with permission of the property owner. All applicable provisions of this section apply.(3)Operation on private property for private event. Food trucks may operate on private property for private events, i.e., without sales to the public, without additional restrictions beyond those generally applicable in any such location. Sales to the public on property that is zoned residential are not permitted.
